For those of us who cant eat gluten, try this enormous makeover of a classic recipe!
The ingredient of Gluten Free Herb Flat Bread
- 1 2 cup buckwheat flour
- 1 2 cup soy flour
- 1 2 cup rice flour
- 2 tsp gluten free baking powder
- 2 tbsp unsalted butter softened
- 2 egg yolks
- 1 2 cup finely chopped unclean herbs such as basil rosemary and thyme
- 1 tbsp olive oil
- salsa to support

- preheat oven to 220u00b0c 200u00b0c fan forced grease a 30cm pizza baking tray
